Caucasus Event Group was founded with a clear ambition: to become the leading premium sports entertainment company in the Caucasus and Central Asia region.

As the exclusive BKFC licensee for Georgia, we are the first to bring Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship — one of the fastest-growing combat sports organizations in the world — to this region. We combine international sports business expertise with deep local market knowledge to create experiences that resonate.

2026 — Phase 1

BKFC Georgia — Tbilisi Launch

First BKFC event in Georgia. 10–11K attendees, international fighters, full media coverage. Establish the brand and prove the market.

2026–2027 — Phase 2

Scale to 2 Events/Year in Georgia

Build a loyal fanbase and recurring sponsor relationships. Negotiate broadcast deals with regional TV networks and grow the CEG brand across the Caucasus.

2027–2028 — Phase 3

Regional Expansion

Expand into Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan & Turkey. Become the premier combat sports promoter across the Caucasus and Central Asia region.

2028+ — Phase 4

Regional Sports Platform

Multi-discipline events, owned media, athlete development programs. 60–100% EBITDA margin target across the portfolio.
